Jeff Moyer produced the song “The ADA Anthem”

Jeff MoyerJeff Moyer’s life, (71), has been shaped by progressive blindness, kidney donation, and his late, younger brother Mark’s severe cognitive disability. Mark suffered the cruelty of neighborhood children, and 33 years in barbaric institutions and aggregate living situations. Jeff established a supported living home for Mark where he lived peacefully until his death in 2013. Jeff’s short-lived piano and guitar lessons ended when teachers understood that he could not see to read music. Jeff has taught himself to play 20 instruments by ear. Jeff cut his teeth as a songwriter in the 1960’s within the civil rights movement, in turbulent East Cleveland, Ohio. He was invited to perform at the memorial service for the assassinated Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He applied those lessons to the burgeoning disability rights movement” during the historic Section 504 Demonstration at the San Francisco Federal Building.
